Terrell Pryor has not signed the day of signature so you can just sign anyone school is college football you want? If so, why is there a day of signing at all?

he can sign with whomever he wants. could Utah St. choose if I wanted too. that even has his options reduced to four teams. probably going to pick Ohio St., but it would be a better fit at Michigan.
