Football leagues in St. Paul Minnesota?

I have 17 years and because parents and my school does not have a football team that I've never been able to play in an organized league. I am a 5'7 "150 lbs broker / Receiver w / / safety and punt returner VERY good start of the match. I run about 29 miles per hour. The average pick-up games with players from Bethel College, North West and the UofM receive an average of 180 yards, and at least 5 td. I wonder if there are any leagues St. Paul, specifically the area of Roseville (I will not Roseville High School) I can join. If anyone knows any that would be great! Oh, and the atheletic director at my school not want to create a cooperative with the Roseville high school because our school population fluctuates throughout Minnesota, and states that would be too unfair for 4 people to play, but nobody else.
