college football age
Can anyone tell me why a man over 30 want to stay and play college football, and is this legal?

I have a friend who attend to a school in Texas. Some students were talking about all the older guys on the football team. When I heard ages 33, 28 and so on. I asked the NAIA, NCAA and UIL, with rules and regulations governing the age limit. I do not think grown men should be able to play with children just out of high school. 33 + year old returned to school just to play college football. That just does not seem normal.

The NCAA rule is that no more than 21 years can play any sport, unless competativly spent several years in the army, where and active member of the team and where injured in the process or started playing before they were 21. So while I might be able to play practice games ad practice unless they follow under the rule is not allowed to play in any games against other schools.
