College Football Blocked Field Goal Rules

What are the rules in college and pro football on the use of the little black block to put the ball in FG?
At school high school, field goal kickers can use that little black block to put the game in which the ball sits a little higher. Is this allowed in college and professional football?
no it isn't, college and pros do not do that for only kickoff fg
