College Football Cal Vs Usc

Is this a bad idea? We need not BCS playoffs.?
I have the craziest idea yet: Create a team of 18, three-division West Coast Conference super and the end of the season with a two-week, four-team playoff. North: lava, lava St, Ore, Ore St, San Boise, Idaho Central: Cal, Stanford, Fresno St, SJSU, Utah, BYU South: USC, UCLA, Arizona, ASU, SDSU, Hawaii Each team can play all five teams in their division, plus two teams from each of the other divisions (four in total) at each station on a rotating basis, plus 2 or 3 games out of conference and at the end of the season with a playoff. Show the rest of the football University thrilling it would be a second phase. The first round of the playoffs could be a weekend of Thanksgiving. That would steal viewers traditional vs Texas A & M and Nebraska vs. Colorado game. Who would not want to see USC vs. Utah in the prime time Saturday 06 December?
And teams not in its second phase would be doing what? Sitting at home? So this second phase would add to the regular season, giving USC 2-3 games in a season then anyone who is not in the conference ... the captain of your brain ship is drunk at the head again.
