Has there ever been a touchdown celebration in college football-Is the penalty more severe than the N.F.L.'s?

Every time a college player scores a touchdown,he doesn't do a ridiculous dance,whip out a Sharpie or go to a team's logo and dances on it.

In the NCAA it is illegal to do any sort of individual celbration. It always has been. But some players do it and get personal foul penalties for 15 yards anyway.
