college football clearing house
RoomMate TIP: People washing clothes in the apartment ... roomates do not care. but I do not!?

im in college and ended up buying a house with my friend from high school last summer. its been about a year we all lived together ... personally all along, but both my roomates (one does own with us) are very good friends, are in the football team, and all his friends come all the time and I'm not very fond of them. always make a mess of our site and let my roommates and from others not make the initiative to clean up, I always cleaning. so always use our stuff and all the years I've been so respectful and asked them several times not to have her friends wash clothes there (me and my rooommate split a $ 1,000 washing machine because that was the only one that fit) ... So I did I did not like him very clear ... so I come home last night and were trying to cheat on a guy doing laundry even though I heard. What should I do? my house, and just walking every day!

You and anyone who has bought the townhouse with a right to set the rules. If other people are abusing of the rules that have the right to ask you to leave. You are approaching this situation from a victim mentality. Essentially you and your co-owner are the owners and those who have the right to evict anyone who does not follow the rules. Sounds like one of the roommates who offends you is also part owner of the house. That could make things a bit sticky. Still, the three of you have to sit down together, reach some kind of agreement that works for you and then you all have to stick to it. You have to stop cleaning up after everyone else. By doing that you are letting them know they're OK yahoos as you'll pick up after of them. When you become your mother? What are they doing for you for Mother's Day? If other people are doing laundry on a basis not constant, begins to charge for use of utilities. That is not cheap and is not obliged to subsidize others. Especially without being asked. If necessary, a long list Who is responsible for cleaning what and when. Thus there are no excuses. Stand up for yourself and take some positive action to try to get things changed. If they refuse to cooperate, tell your co-owner that you want or buy it out so you can get out of this situation. Or go out and hire someone on their side equally or more neglected than they are. Anyway, must get the message somehow and you have to find a way that works for you. Good luck, this is not an easy situation.
