The NFL Draft?

I was reading an article about some of the players still has not developed to get into the draft this year and made a list of them for the position. I do not understand how the NFL "experts" to evaluate some of these college players. I've been watching college football since they have been little and in my opinion, talent wise, no matter what you go to school, the talent is fairly even among the "elite" players of all areas. players still has not developed to obtain all had the same thing said about them in the list. they had all these all American honors and was breaking big game talent, but "lacked speed and strength, or was not athlectic, or something like that. how can you be a college all Americans and not athlectic?. playing of high school football and even at that level, they "should" be athlectic to make any impact in the game and even have the chance to play. I just think experts also many good players get a glimpse at times. anyone disagree? , Just my opinion.
