Eligibility College Football Questions?

Ok heres my situation, I have 19 and I live in Hawaii. I want to play college football, but the only school with a football program is the University of Hawaii, but I do not meet requirements to enter school. And I can not go to a JC in the continent, because I have no money. So now I'm working on my AA degree at my community college to get the credits you need to transfer. So with that being said I wondered how many more years I would be eligible to play after completing an AA degree and transfer to a university to play football. After UH enter, is it considered a Junior, and I have only two years to play? Please help me, Im confused. thanks
