How can land any job in a football team?

I'm going to college soon and I am applying to several universities football teams. I wonder how to get a job in a football team (as a water boy, equipment manager, etc.). I'm not talking the NFL, I'm talking about the NCAA (colleges like USC, MSU, FSU, etc.) I am sure that is not as difficult as the NFL, in terms of getting the job. In addition, When I refer to a job, I mean I get to travel with current team and help with whatever. I refer not only help in school. Preferably players want answers football, current / ex Waterboys university or football coaches and coordinators.

Contact the Athletic Department. It's good to approach with a resume work as a team manager in high school, etc ...
