Great Cowboy running back Tony Dorsett - The best part?

Tony Dorsett was born in Rochester, Pennsylvania on April 7, 1954. Dorsett was very attached to his mother, Myrtle. She was responsible with sending Tony to the church as well as implement and maintain a stable home. Tony Dorsett's father was named West. He worked in a factory steel than thirty years. Tony Dorsett grew up with a very athletic and often clocked at an astounding rate much faster than their peers. At school Secondary won 1034 yards rushing as a junior. At the University Pittsburgh took the position that a broker. While in college, Dorsett helped Pittsburgh win a national title in 1976. He also won the Heisman Trophy and Walter Camp Award, which is the player of the year. Not to mention who won the Maxwell Award and UPI Player of the Year on the road. He also led the nation yards rushing on to 1948 meters. He also finished his college career with 6082 yards on the ground, then an NCAA record.

His record with Panther was legendary. He is undoubtedly one of the greatest riders in the history of college football. He is one of the few football players on the planet to win a NCAA collegiate championships and then go to win a Super Bowl in back to years ago.

In the 1977 draft NFL, Tony Dorsett was drafted in the first round by the Dallas Cowboys. He played with them until 1987. He rushed for over 1,000 yards in eight of his first nine seasons. In 1981 he rushed for 1646 yards. This was his most productive season. Dorsett had a total of 12,033 meters race in Dallas before being traded to the Denver Broncos in 1988. Dorsett was elected to both the Hall Fame and College Football Hall of Fame in 1994. Tony also went to the Ring of Honor Dallas Cowboys in 1994 as well.
