First, let me say that I've come across more "Guaranteed to win" systems than I can count and realize and believe that they are almost all scams. These fraud schemes are often sold on eBay or are in various sports betting forums. Not sure if you have ever searched for a sports betting system that actually has a good reputation results and comments before, however, if you have then I'm sure you've come across many of them are known to scam systems that are floating around on the Internet. The truth of the matter is that most of these systems simply guess sports betting picks and occasionally they have a winning sports betting record.
