How to respond to a girl that I have absolutely no interest in?

There's this girl that asked me to homecoming on facebook which is really weird and creepy and why would a girl do that? I don't even talk to her in real life and I have absolutely no interest in going with her to homecoming. I asked a girl that I actually liked but she politely declined because she doesn't have feelings for me anymore. I don't think I'm even going to the dance anymore because I'm going to a college football game instead. I would have skipped it for the girl that I liked but not for this "stranger" girl. How should I respond through a facebook message to this chick?

Tell her straight. DO NOT lead her on in any way. If she persists, ignore her and delete her from facebook. Problem solved.
