Why so few black head coaches in the NFL and college football?

Black players constitute the majority of athletes NFL and yet so few have jobs as head coach. Is it racism? I like to play the race card, but there are fewer than five in college football 119 [equipment] and about 5 in the NFL. Why do good black football coaches seem to be short straw every time?

the latest estimate I've seen is that blacks constitute 75% of NFL players. the only reason I can see why there is no more black coaches is that there were so few of them get no experience as coordinator either offense or defense. just because you play football does not mean you will be a good coach. but I see the shift as More and more opportunities are available for coordinators to be black and get some of that experience that they need to become head coach.
