College Football Key Games

You are a genius, if you can name this classical piece of music!?
Bands matches college football game is all classical piece. I know I've heard, but I can not remember what it is. For some reason, I'm thinking it might be of Walter Piston, but it's just a guess. You have to know something about music to be able to get this description: The metro is either 5 (maybe 5.4 or 5.8) or you can alternate between a bar of 3 / 4 and a bar 2.4. The piece is very rhythmic, and is in a minor key. The tonic scale degree (La) is played in unison (octaves) in a regular rhythmic ostinato repetition. Assuming that the meter alternates between three quarters and two quarters, this rhythmic pattern is played as follows: | tri-pa-stops 2 3 | 1 2 | tri-pa-let 3 | 1 2 | 2 There is a Low melody which is based on the melody sounds every time a note of each measure and held until they beat one of the next step. the melody is as follows (assuming that is the root) | (3.4) a | (2.4) | mile (3.4) ri | (2.4) I | (3.4) of | What is it?
In the case of Walter Piston, Based on the notes and rhythm that you are describing, I'm thinking it's "Ceremonial Fanfare."
