College Football Kickoff Yard Line

Football rule question?

If a player on the receiving team touches a kickoff at the 5 yard line and it bounces out of the back of the end-zone, is it a safety or a touchback. I'm assuming it is a touchback, but I'm not positive. If the rule is different between high school, college and NFL, could you let me know that too. Thanks.

On a kickoff or a punt that would be a safety. It's a live ball like a fumble would be.
