College Football Kickoff

Anyone know what are the new college football kickoff rules?

Well, I happen to be a high school official and the rule for college is that the time starts soon as the ball is kicked to start the game and after that on the ready when the referee blows his whistle if I'm not mistaken from what I've observed and am told by some friends that call college ball.
