Can I watch College Football (preferably Big 12) over the internet on my computer?

I'm living in Mexico City and desperately want to watch college football. I'm a Nebraska fan, so I would prefer Big 12 or just the Huskers.

So far I know that I can get all CBS sports online. This is a good start, because they show SEC ball, which is very good. I can settle for that but I really want the Big 12 ( homer, sue me!) does anyone know how to get these or any other games. Can you stream ESPN? Fox Sports Net? I've seen the pay 50 bucks and get every channel you ever dream of sites, but they seem like they might be a scam - to good to be true - anyone have experience with this?

Alright, season starts Saturday! Any help is greatly appreciated.
