college football live video stream
can i stream live tv with wintv?

I want to stream live tv (college football games). someone told me i can and all i need to do is to buy wintv. is this true or do i need other software to do this? i don't want to record tv shows on my comp and then stream them, i want to stream live . what is the cheapest and easiest way to do this with good quality both audio and video.

Yes is true and Wintv came with software to do it, the only thing you has to configured where the source came from, i have un old wintv board and old computer so i only use to copy and play the contents of my directv signal, i not use live stream from the web because my computer and internet conecctions are slow, if you buy one after install it you go to hauppage.com and register your card and download the new updates and tutorials how to do things.
