should be the highest paid coach in college football?

this question was a survey on this night of ESPN, and the resutls absolutely shocked me Pete Carroll, Urban Meyer 49% 36% Jim Tressel 7% to 5% lean 3% Bob Nick Saban because i could not believe this ... My vote is for Nick Saban. Michigan State took and put them in the college football map, went to LSU and rebuilt their program and are now the center of each year, then goes to a school in Alabama and have been struggling 1 national title game last year, while playing about 18 freshmen. I have respect for others, but hey, USC, Florida, the best players in the country will want to go to schools every year. What is your opinion?

I agree with much of what he said and almost persuaded me to agree with you. I agree with Pete Carroll as the # 1 pick. They get great players every year, but he's the reason for that. It is an incredible recruiter, but a great coach too. On the other hand, is Les Miles coaches who are recruiting great coach, but not well - If you've paid attention to last season was stupid numerous decisions in the game. The following is a toss up between Saban and Urban, for the reasons you said of Saban and Urban obvious reasons (national titles). After you got Mack Brown, because I am bias. :)
