Is this something?

Im 15YO and I have this to lymph nodes in the groin thats been there for about 3 to 4 years. Is 1 cm in diameter. It isn't hard rock and isn't too soft. It is very mobile. It has never hurt or anything. The thing is that you can barely even see when I look in the mirror. In fact, I never see less rock my body forward and then, obviously, I can see. Its kind of the same with my left side. I have one in the exact same on the left. Im so high and lenky I do not know if that has anything to do with it (6 '4 "and 180 lbs.). I started to lift and the development of 3 or 4 years ago (No, not a hernia) for my career college football at UCLA. Each of my friends all tell me that this is definitely nothing and I'm worrying for nothing. I am a HUGE hypachondriac. Please do not say go to a doctor. I do not like doctors. But everyone says it anyway this is nothing and I have to calm down and enjoy life. Are they right? " I had no symptoms never anything cancerous.

Kurt W, Your friends are probably right and you're worrying too much, however, how can you enjoy life as possible if you learn you have cancer at a young age and could have been discovered in the early stages? I hate to say this, but "going to see a doctor ". You will feel much better afterwards. My best greetings.
