Where are good bars to watch college football in New York?

I am looking for a new quiet place with cheapish beer and wings maybe.

Well My favorite place to go for emotions is Wild Wings Cafe. It is relaxed until it starts to win then it gets a little high. But its fun to watch and hear people's reactions.
