I appreciate everyones responses. I think it better too, and yes, I think it was very unfair as did Tyrone Willingham, so I can not say that I wish him well.

With the talent we have coming back, and the fact that it is four teams falling cup schedule for teams of 4 will not bowl, things are looking upwards for next year. I do not want to run national title (just barely), but 9 wins is not the question. My guess: 8-4 (losing to Michigan St., Washington, DC, and USC) and a big bowl game average. A 6-6 season or worse, and Charlie Weis is in the coaching hot-seat. ND can handle a terrible season, but two in a row is unacceptable. This season is going to set the time on ND Weis tenure will last. Because I am a true fan, I am always optimistic but also realistic. That seed of doubt has been planted since the sad departure of this year, and only winning seasons in the future you can forget ...
