College Football Out Of Bounds Rule

Is there still a force in college football to the rule?
What is the definition? ie if the player is pushed out limits in the air and has no chance to fall, and is believed to have gone into the field if he had not been forced out. Is it still governed a trick?
No. In NCAA football, a receiver is required to contact the ground inside the field to complete the catch, unless a advocate banning the normal progression of the soil (for example, if a receiver is made out of bounds when it would have gone into the field). Two feet are not required, however.
