How to Convert Xbox 360 or PS3 games to play on PC?

I love the Madden NFL and NCAA College football and used to buy and play my PC. But they no longer have these games on a PC version. Can I purchase these games on Xbox 360 or PS3 is, and convert them to play on my PC? Thanks
