But then, there's a thought going around in circles that the best college players do not make good pro in the league. This is simply not a thought, but it has been proved by recent discoveries. Now, that could mean two things? 1) Any of the players on the team just did not have in them to move up the ladder or, 2) They are too happy playing at the level they are now. Either way, it surely is a dangerous prospects for the team to be up 7 players idea of not being able to play at the next level.
The actions of some of the aspiring professional league at the university level have been simply awesome. Given all of them come from the Spartans team, it seems that there is a serious problem with team management. If all individuals or most of the guys on the team are rock stars at the university level, which could definitely make the grade in professional league too. The fact that they have not been able to move to the next level makes feel that the Spartans do not have a transition program or a leadership program that allows people to move up the ladder.
The worrying factor is that Players of this team are not even considered fit to play in the professional league. Obviously, it seems that there is a gap, which is probably large enough for Bridge boys. Either one is up there skills or game itself. Playing in the pro league is a big enough motivation in itself. Therefore, probably players have in mind. Obviously, this leads to the conclusion that somewhere down the line, the skills of the players should be lifted.
And that is where the role of management is questioned Spartans! Why so many players could not make the grade when the selection process is the same for all teams? These and many more questions? Certainly, management has a difficult time ahead, but then consider the fact that his players are mired in the bottom the answer sooner, the better for them.
