Did Florida Gators push for a college football playoff?

Last I heard the president withdrew his proposal and is now for the current system REALLY! What changed your mind?.... Is that hypocritical?

I think his two-minute proposal was lame...Did not include amount of teams, conferences, locations...anything

If Florida didn't get selected for the national championship than they would be in protest all day and night trying to convince everyone for the playoffs. Yes, Urban Meyer begged people in a way to let his team play Ohio State instead of Michigan.
