Preseason college football rankings?

What do u think of it? I like Pitt at #25, because they recruited some of the best players in the WPIAL. And I think Texas Tech should have been ranked maybe 1 or 2 higher. And I'm surprised to see Fresno State unranked when most people (including me) picked them to go to a BCS game. And why is Clemson ranked #9?

There a couple of teams in the top ten that I wouldn't have there, namely Clemson and Auburn. Texas Tech has a great offense, a porous defense and I think their ranking is just about right.
I don't really put too much stock in the ratings until around the sixth week of the season, after all the powerhouse schools have been through their soft non-conference schedule.
