What is the legislation of a blocked punt?
In college football when a team gets a punt partially blocked, and ball falls and hits a return team member (not the returner, one of the blockers) and then recovering from a member of the punt team, which gets possession the ball?
The team clears possession if the ball touches one in the first round team. The same rule applies to the NFL.
