Is it time to find a new way to pick college football rankings? ?

I am by no means a USC or Utah fan, but I think definite arguments can be made for both schools to be in bigger bowl games.
I am a Big 10 fan and even I can see that the Buckeyes have no place being where they are.

Yes its call a playoff!! Utah could never make in a 10 team playoff.
