college football salaries
College Advice.?

I'm a Junior in highschool and I live in Alabama. I just live with my father and he makes over 100k a year (due to stocks/bonuses); I think his base salary is around 80k). I'm #1 in my class right now with a 4.0 GPA (should be around 4.3 when I graduate), quarterback for our varsity football team, in some clubs, and will have between 200-250 community service hours when I graduate.

I believe I want to be a dentist, and I want to go to school in the North. However, for my undergrad, I want to go somewhere where I get full tuition paid for. This will save us money, and it's the smart thing to do.

I'm thinking Penn State or Pittsburgh for undergrad. Then going to dental school afterwards for the next 4-6 (depends). I'd probably get an apartment by then so I could pay in-state tuition instead of out-of-state. My dad wants me to stay in the South, though because I have no family in the North and it'd be easier if I stayed in the South. Does my dad just need to get over it?

honestly the north sucks.. theres plenty of good southern schools that'll give you a full ride.. but in the end its your decision and i think you'll do well wherever you go.. good luck
