Does anybody who doesn't read the standings know that these college football teams even exist?

San Jose State
New Mexico
New Mexico State
Wyoming
Louisiana-Monroe
Louisiana-Lafayette
Arkansas State
Kent State
Ball State
Bowling Green
Eastern Michigan
Central Michigan
Western Michigan
Florida International
Florida Atlantic
Southern Methodist

Why aren't these schools in D2 or D3? And why should TCU, Cincinnati and Boise State get credit for beating these nonames week in and week out? The national championship will feature Texas vs. the SEC champ. There should be no controversy. No way does TCU, for instance, put that many points on the board against the Longhorns defense.

Why in the world do you lump Cincinnati, possibly the best team in the country, in with TCU and Boise State?
