college football supplements
PROTEIN College athlete, creatine, BCAA and questions?

I am a college football athlete and now we are in the summer training. My day consists of an intense 1 hour of training from 7-8 am followed by another intense conditioning session 8-9 hours. I am currently taking creatine monohydrate in particular hg phosphagen. I am also taking a whey protein powder with 24g of protein per serving. Besides that I BCAA and glutamine in the form of pills. I wonder what would be the best time to take each supplement and how much for the greatest increase in strength? Today I rise to 630 to take a portion of BCAA and glutamine. After my workout I drink a lot of creatine and glutamine and then breakfast. then lunch with a protein shake with 2 tablespoons along with another portion AACR. Then before bed I take another spoonful of creatine and protein.

Slight adjustment and that will be set to: Glutamine: When you wake up after training and before bedtime. Creatine: 30 minutes before training, just after training. Protein: When you wake up, 30 before training (on how early to train for the morning is probably good), then train, then before bed. protein and glutamine are mostly recovery supplements are more important before and after sleep because your body is not getting other nutrients and as you work with rigor you need to supplement that downtime. Creatine provides energy and helps store water in the muscle recovery, and had to before training help your performance increase, then epilogues help your muscle bulk. The most common side effects of taking supplements is more diarrhea and stomach pain - so if you notice any of those who are taking too much. Drink lots of water, but of his training regiment that sounds like the high intake of supplements is correct. Maybe I like creatine and glutamine, and get to http://techplatesdirect.com - Have a coupon code "Angela" which gives 15% discount. Supplements can be expensive when is in training! Hope that helps.
