Is it harder to get a girlfriend in college or high school?

Honestly, I am a virgin and I am 16 yrs old. I will be 17 in a few, I have never had a girlfriend.

I am 5"10, 182 lbs, "thick and athletic" but not fat, I am kinda hairy (natural for all men of my race), I love reading and I usually hate to admit it but I love learning stuff, whether it be history or lit. I love football and hope to play it in college.

Thing is, I live in a town where I am the only East Indian person. I came to the US when I was 4, been to many cities but now I am in a town in the deep south. I plan on going to college elsewhere,

what would be a good region for me to find a girlfriend of another race? (Black, East Asian and Hispanic basically).

Sorry for racial preferences, but its just a taste I have, I like White girls as friends but I just do not want to date one.

If you can talk, high school is much harder. College girls are much mature than high school girls. They wont judge you solely on your status and looks.

BTW What part of India are your parents from? Im Gujarati and i dont have much hair..just on my head and **** hahahaha.
