College Football Thursday Night Games

Will I lose body fat and gain muscle by doing this?
Ok so heres what I do every day for a week normally Monday: Morning: Gym Hiit training by running 15 minutes. Rowing 4000 meters Weightlifting Tuesday: 19:00 Evening: soccer practice for an hour Wednesday: Hitt morning gym training rowing 4000 meters and weights. Thursday: College Sports: for one hour: it is possible that some cardio at the gym of the university for 30 minutes to an hour. Friday morning gym rowing 4000 meters treadmil Hiit training for 15 minutes with weights. Saturday football game 90 minutes to play football on Perhaps a day off Sunday in the gym for cardio and light weights. Will I lose body fat? and gain muscle with a proper diet in about a month.
most definitely yes. I would suggest that consume about 1 g of protein for every pound of body weight. this will help you gain muscle and try to eat every 2-3 hours and that this metabolism kepp raised during the day, so it will be burning fat and building muscle.
