The Kansas State Wildcats have played an interesting season so far. Victories seem to have few scattered between giving strategic losses in less than optimistic fans of concern during the 2009 football season. At the beginning of the season who took home a 21-17 victory against Massachusetts, but continued with two defeats in a week of 15-17 and 9-23 Louisiana UCLA, the last of which just was not a good game for the Wildcats.

Colorado dropped just six points and failed to get more points in so far as the Wildcats took home another victory for Manhattan, KS 20-6. The next few weeks in the season promise to be some interesting games as the Wildcats Kansas State take on Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri and Nebraska in all matches away from home.

Overall statistics show the Wildcats team have been an average score of 26.8 points per game with hustle and passing at 85 and 46 respectively. As for individual statistics go, on top of the list is Daniel Thomas, who has been giving a great shot every time he hits the field. Follows closely in the ranking of top players are five K. Valentine, Grant Gregory, and Jarell Childs Carson Coffman. Coaches and fans alike are looking forward to these players and the rest of the team to see how the rest of the season continues to unfold for the Wildcats.
