College Football Tuesday Night

My lifestyle what do you think?
Ok so heres what I do every day for a week normally Monday: Morning: Fitness running training Hiit 15 minutes. Rowing 4000 meters Weightlifting Tuesday: 7pm Night: soccer practice for an hour Wednesday: Morning Hitt rowing fitness training and weight of 4000 meters. Thursday: College Sports: for one hour: perhaps some cardio at the gym of the university for 30 minutes to an hour. Friday morning fitness rowing 4000 meters treadmil Hiit training for 15 minutes with weights. Saturday game of 90 minutes of football to play football on Sunday may be a day or gym for cardio and light weights. Will I lose body fat? and gain muscle with a proper diet in about a month.
It is a very complete in the week, and being young, you can get away with doing this for a while, but you may find overtraining after 6 months of this, which will delay progress. It is difficult to say how much fat is lost / muscle gain, because everyones metabolism is different for people coming, but most definitely put a couple of kilos of muscle, and while your diet is on track, that should lose a few kilos of fat, too. I would suggest taking 2 days off from training, during the week. As this ... 2 days on, 1 off, 2 day on, 1 off, 2 day and 1 off .... and follow that ofroutine type. Go hard as nails for 2 days, and then let stand ur body then do it again. This is a short-term goal, rather, however, since the formation ur like a long-term program. Do you have a even up where u will be showing off the goods ..? Why not lol. aunts love these things, so if u got it flaunt it. What do I know ..!
