where should i apply to college?

Next summer I'll be applying to college. My dream school is unc chapel hill but my grades aren't high enough. I'm basically a b average student. My favorite campus is washington and lee but I would never get in and can't afford it haha. The things I'm looking for in a school are: preppy (I'm a pearl wearing southern girl), must have a football team, must have sororities and fraternities, fun college town. I want a southern school and I've been thinking of schools like uva, uga, usc, cofc
, you know schools like that? Are there any more schools like this anyone can recommend? Thanks!
