Sports scholarships question?

I am a football player, wrestler and pole vaulter but im most interested in pole vaulting. I am a sophomore and would really consider vaulting at a good college. I have 3.8 gpa and am looking at full ride scholarships because family is low on budgets. What is the best way to get noticed by colleges for scholarships and how do you go about this.
