College Football Week 1 Schedule

plz plz plzzzzzzzzzz Help??????
okay i was given a task .
this is the prompt
B. You are a college football coach who has to design a training program for your players to follow during summer break. During spring workouts, your players achieved substantial overall improvements in strength and speed as well as in cardiorespritory endurance. Therefore, your objective for the summer program is to develop a training schedule that enables the players to maintain their fitness levels but gives them a break from the rigorous spring training they just completed. Provide a representative 1-week training schedule that meets these objectives.
so basically i have to make a 7 day training program
i have to put different resistance and aerobic exercises ( training)
and i need a bibliography..
anybody
plzz plzz help me on this one..
