College Football Week 4 Results

How I can build more muscle?
I have tried to draw a ton. I lifted weights 4 times a week for months, but to no avail. So I got on this protein shake called Nitro-Tech and it worked. I gained weight and my body was getting broken. But then I ran out of my body went back to his old self and I have weaker despite continued to work to 4 times a week. What do I do? Should I keep buying protein shakes? Or start taking steroids? I need help ASAP because I am in college in 2 months and I'm supposed to be playing football in the division of Northern Illinois but only weighs 165 pounds, but I'm 6'2. Only serious answers please. Thanks
Well, first let me say that you are making a good work ... and continue working out only 3-4 times a week, b / c more would be overtraining, which is bad (injury, fatigue, and your body actually grows as you're resting). Secondly, the protein content is good, but do not touch steroids (stay out of juice). They will only mess up beyond belief. Basically, the carbohydrates give you the size, protein builds muscle and vegies and fruits help everything else. I suggest you get a personal trainer first, to help you with your winnings. B / c of their training may need some remodeling. Second, develop a diet plan ... is good to eat 5-6 times day, but as someone who is trying to gain, consumption of calories (eat larger portions).
