Notre Dame vs Michigan (possible upset?)
Texas vs Wyoming
BYU vs Tulane
Cal vs Eastern Washington
Mizzou vs Bowling Green
Oklahoma vs Idaho St. (no Bradford)
Georgia vs South Carolina
Alabama vs. Florida Int'l
LSU vs Vandy
Kansas vs UTEP
Cincinnati vs SEMO St
USC vs Ohio St
Boise St. vs Miami (Ohio)
Utah vs San Jose St

UConn can, but I doubt they will.
Houston will come 2 points short in a high-scoring almost-upset.
Ohio State will beat USC
SJSU pulls the shocker in the 4th.
Michigan rolls all over Notre Dame.
TCU has no trouble with Virginia.
VT will have trouble putting Marshall away, while Florida beats Troy by just 17 in a hard fought game.

The others should go as expected.
