Why is men's soccer Olympic underestimated compared to the world cup?

Is there any difference between the Cup World and Olympic men's football? Are not both countries face the country in football? Even the best players I saw .... as a game of Ronaldinho in Brazil, so what's the difference? Why is football Olympics underestimated compared to FIFA?

This is because there are many other events in the Olympics, which is not really a main focus. In world cup, there is only football, which is the main focus
