flag football.?
Im going to be in a tournament. and ive never played flag football. Only I have some questions maybe someone can answer .. 1) what is best to pay in D. The man, or the area .... 2) Im going to play safety. so I can not pull the flag person if you catch the ball in the air and havent touched the ground. 3) I can also make contact with the man if they both jump for the ball. idk wonder how different flag in front.
The biggest difference is block is above the waist - so do not cut blocks, blocks of crab or cut blocks. 1) Depending on the strengths of opponents ... but so you'll understand rapid and continuing on each other. 2) You have to wait to catch the ball.
