How can I get a movie made famous?

I am in seventh grade basketball, and on the B team. My coach is really cool, and he is almost thirty. He played football for Kansas State in college, and for the New Orleans Saints and the Atlanta Falcons in the NFL. He went through a lot of tough times as a kid, got in trouble in school and sports frequently, saw his dad shot in front of him when he was only eight, saw friends die, had brothers in jail, had to eat flowers to survive, and he slept at a cemetery with his mom because that was all there was for him. I know you may not believe me but this is true. His name is Cephus Scott. I want to make a movie about him. After I write the script, how can I get famous actors, money, cameras and crew for this movie?
Once i write a good script, how do i get good actors? and how can i get the movie well known?

You can't. It not only takes years of working in film, but it takes A LOT of money.
