T-Shirt History
Who started wearing shirts and how they have become so cool? It all started in early 1900 during the First World War. U.S. soldiers realized that the Europeans were looking comfortable cotton shirt and thought that should be much better than wool uniforms they were wearing. The next thing you know cotton shirts in shape of the letter T appeared in the battlefield.
Another demand is that the shirts were first used by sailors U.S. Navy at sea. It is no surprise that there are several claims of origin of the jersey. Either way, the shirts were originally worn only T-shirts and not considered fashionable at all. They were even specially produced for a football team that will be used as buffers in sweat.
Most would agree that the shirts were given the name t-shirt because of its shape, but even here there are other claims. Some say they were designated as training shirts "As they were worn by soldiers in training. Another crazy claim is that" T "stands for" amputee ", referring to the short sleeves. It's crazy how all these statements kind of sense, but nobody knows the ultimate truth. One thing is certain, in time t-shirts were used as T-shirts and for the purpose Specific staying cool.
Curiously, it was considered really shocking to see someone wearing a shirt as a shirt on. It is unacceptable to society and the equivalent of walking around the block with nothing but boxers on. It was not until after the Second World War made people start to take the shirt completely T-shirts were used during presidential campaigns.
The shirt did not become popular until it was used by pop culture figures like James Dean and Marlon Brando on the big screen. All of a sudden became a status symbol and everyone wanted to be like those guys.
Soon people began to make enough T-shirts with all kinds of designs and images on them, and the range varied from the tourist bars of the popular cartoon character tees. The popularity of the shirt continued to rise as a famous rock bands and other celebrities wearing normally. Some trends emerged as Tye die in the 1960s, followed by a current trend and permanent message t-shirts, which began in the UK in the late 80s, and all the latest in print. Some shirts are even lights LED integrated into them.
Now the shirt is one of the most common items of clothing, and arguably the most widely used garment in the world. Thousands of T-shirts are created every day, thanks to today's technology, and a lover of the shirt or the employer is born every minute. The increase of the shirt to fame continue for ages, time making it the undisputed best product of all time sheets.
