Fantasy Football Draft 2009 Picks

2009 Impact The NFL Draft Fantasy Football
After months of analysis and projections prior to the 25th hasta April 26 NFL draft followed by days Wrap and grade project team, focus on what really matters to us, how the project affects our target = "_blank"> fantasy football leagues. While we may have thoughts about the absurdity of the contracts signed draft picks high, no no effect on our fantasy football team roster. Players may have been drafted higher or lower than expected, but has no impact on where you draw in our league. What matters most is whether the player will play and whether it will this year or in future years. Let's take a quick tour through the league and see the new additions to each team that would take into account in our target = "_blank"> Fantasy football drafts.
AFC
Baltimore - best selection of Baltimore was on the offensive line with Michael G Another attraction. I can not see this project to change the position of any three-headed backfield of the Ravens. DE Paul Kruger was a nice addition to an aging defense.
Buffalo - Buffalo added players from all over the board, with the exception of the offensive skill positions (Terrell Owens has been added through the agency free). DE Aaron Maybin will be a stud on defense, hitting the defense of some positions. It added TE Shawn Nelson, who could take a year capture furtive passes underneath. Hopefully, Owens did not catch conspiring with QB Trent Edwards on individual moves.
Cincinnati - The Bengals had a great overall project but his best offensive line in OT Andre Smith and LB Rey Maualuga defense and DE Michael Johnson does little to make his defense draftable or increase any players draftability offensive. I like TE Chase Coffman and my chances of him with a peak around late.
Cleveland receivers - Rookie variety rarely do much in the NFL, But the Browns added two I recommend taking a late round picks up, Brian Robiskie and Mohamed Massaquoi.
Denver - The Broncos addressed their biggest weakness: its defense. However, their only defense should be included in the list when it faces Kansas City and Oakland. RB Knowshon Moreno is worth drafting, but not too high draft Denver signed free agent in April OR Moreno therefore not see the back as primary.
Houston - The Texans added a few starters on defense to help Mario Williams. The jury is out on whether or not it makes the position draftable or not cuz they were the 27th ranking fantasy defense in 2008.
Indianapolis - DT Fili Moala help the defense immediately, but the player to focus on RB Donald Brown. Brown quietly leading the NCAA in rushing in 2008 and then proceeded to the Colts. Joseph Addai is still the number one running back, but has proved injury-prone, so Brown will have representatives immediately to minimize Addai plays. He should be selected in the middle rounds and a few rounds higher in Keeper Leagues.
Jacksonville - The Jaguars took a pair of offensive tackles to help restore gaming operation. This should keep Maurice Jones-Drew as a second-round pick. WR Mike Thomas is worth a late flyer throughout the year.
Kansas City - The Chiefs signed some good players in the defense of Alex Magee DT and LB Tyson Jackson, but his defense will not worth drafting.
Miami - You will read lot about how well QB Patrick White fit into the Fins 'offensive' Wildcat, but how it affects many really expect? They grabbed 6 '5 "WR Patrick Thomas outta USC to help their passing game, but if your offense does not have Ted Ginn Jr. a week every boot, Thomas has no chance.
New England - Just like Dallas, New England worked multiple jobs to fill multiple holes, but none of them will help us in the fantasy world. No Player offensive note and its development will not change the perception project with the new additions.
New York Jets - The Jets were the team most daring in project and landed two players outside the three selections draftable QB Mark Sanchez and RB Shonna Green. Many people questioned the green highlight, but I love this guy. He is so strong and powerful as they get. Thomas Jones is in his early 30s and threatening to resist if only receives cash and Leon Washington may become too expensive, green is not a bench warmer. Sanchez had a short run from the USC, but noted in a pro style offense and it looks polished and ready to tackle New York media. I would recommend Sanchez as a peak in mid-turn and you can see Green taking a selection of about two digits. Sanchez grew BUMP considerably in the Green Keeper leagues and bump up a few rounds in Keeper leagues too.
Oakland - Oakland would receive much more ridiculous to options for your project if Detroit was not in the league. However, in fantasy football, who cares if Oakland made a kind of a round before time and high a receiver to do better. WR Darius Heyward-Bey is a burner and can put some serious numbers if JaMarcus Russell can get him the ball. A good choice of half throughout the year.
Pittsburgh - The Steelers did not really do much to change fantasy football, except to add another solid DT for his defense in Evander Hood. They should be the first or the second defense of preparation.
San Diego - The Chargers added DE Larry English, but is likely to move him to LB, about especially if Merriman is slowed by knee surgery and Shaun Phillips can not stay out of trouble. No impact on fantasy in the slightest.
Tennessee - WR Kenny Britt was the best selection, but it will be third choice in a first run, second and third offense. Is replaced with DT Albert Haynesworth Sen'Derrick Brands (no spelling mistake in the name). He is a slight step backward, but will not change the location in the project for the Tennessee D.
NFC
Arizona - The Happy Cards took RB Chris "Beanie" Wells with the first pick in the second round. He will play immediately as Edgerrin James was released and Tim Hightower appears to be most suitable as a copy of the goal line. Beanie must be written in one season in the 4-5 rounds in standard leagues 12 teams and 3-4 in rounds of Keeper leagues.
Atlanta - Eight teams, all on defense. So obviously, the Falcons D is the only position improved. They have some solid additions to their corners to support and help John Abraham, especially DT Jerry Peña, S William Moore and DE Lawrence Sidbury. This will boost in the upper half of the defenses draftable.
Carolina - DE Everette Brown and S Sherrod Martin will help the defense a little, but not by as much as keeping Julius Peppers will. His defense must remain in the position of a project.
Chicago - The Bears did pretty well considering that was only drafted the Day 2. Joaquin Iglesias WR is a good addition to a weak heart and could receive a production peak round late on draft day. DT Jarron Gilbert help the Bears D a little, but does not alter its status to the project.
Dallas - The Cowboys traded their way into a lot of peaks worthless. Although the Cowboys had draftable backup QB last year, I do not think QB Stephen McGee is in that category this year. If the draft quarterback Tony Romo, copying security should be a starting QB on another computer.
Detroit - QB Matthew Stafford is vertigo will know that the baton to a team without a win, so that the bar for success in worm-high heat. It also brings a rare smile to your face when it is forecast WR Calvin Johnson in his squad. However, it is still a rookie quarterback in a team without a win, so do not choose as their number one QB. Must be written in the major leagues Keeper. TE Brandon Pettigrew is a must-ET draft in later rounds.
Green Bay - Green Bay D was productive in the TD category last season, but was a bit of a sieve. Adding DT BJ Raji and LB Clay Matthews enhances this position a few rounds.
Minnesota - The Vikings WR Percy Harvin picked up to add a new dimension to their offense. The child can play flat, adjusting to life in the Twin Cities. I would definitely recommend it higher in early double-digit rounds.
New Orleans - the Saints D was started at times last year it left the choice of. That will change a bit this year with the addition of CB Malcolm Jenkins and S Chip Vaughn. I feel good recommending their development in the last round.
New York Giants - The G-Men increased their need addressed immediately by drafting WR Hakeem Nicks. He should be drafted in early rounds of two digits. I would recommend a round of late RB handcuff Andre Brown if the draft Brandon Jacobs. RB Derrick Ward is now in Tampa so Brown will take over from him.
Philadelphia - Philadelphia will have the most rookies drafted this year. WR Jeremy Maclin landed, TE Cornelius Ingram and RB LeSean McCoy. Maclin can be a DeSean Jackson clone playmaking ability, which is good if you wait until it crosses the goal line to celebrate his scores. Ingram is a favorite target of McNabb when needed tough catch in the central and McCoy is a must-wives draft Westbrook.
Seattle - LB Aaron Curry Seattle will definitely help on defense, but makes no difference in the world of fantasy. WR Deon Butler was drafted to replace Bobby Engram, but I see no reason for the project unless it is in a very deep league.
San Francisco - The Niners get a gift pick WR Michael Crabtree to the position 10. He is the kind of group and will receive a flat-out to receive the post in the NFL. I do not think you're gonna get if you wait until the middle rounds of your project. You especially want to grab him early in his Keeper Leagues. In addition to Crabtree, the Niners RB Glen Coffey picked up, to be his wife to Frank Gore.
St. Louis - The Rams picked up Jason T Smith to replace Orlando Pace and show dividends immediate approval and implementation game as Pace is very overrated and nearly stationary today. That said, Marc Bulger is a late draft pick and Steven Jackson remains a first-round selection. As much as I love LB James Laurinaitis, he does not make the Rams D draftable in any format.
Tampa Bay - Good Luck QB Josh Freeman. If you just played, and he talks. About the size of an NFL QB (6 '6 "), but I do not even recommend writing him in a Keeper League.
Washington - The Skins defensive line improved through the development of DE Brian Orakpo. In addition to the hotline also grabbed two pounds and CB Kevin Barnes. This greatly enhances the attractiveness of the category D of Washington and moves to the top 8-10 defense to the project.
