Fifa Euro Cup

Will the Euro 2008 football matches account for the FIFA rankings?
Hello: The FIFA Ranking List and Procedure provides: "1 (match friendly) to 4 (FIFA World Cup ™) "(http://www.fifa.com/worldfootball/ranking/procedure/men.html) The games of Euro 2008 World Cup FIFA are not Cup matches, that's clear. But are counted as "friendly games", then? Or do not count for anything? Please provide sources (examples from the past probably will not work, since the classification was revised in 2006, which was after the last Euro). Thank you. So the games played at Euro 2008 are as friendly matches, with a weight of 1, compared to 4 for the World Cup Cup matches? I could not find that information in any place, and I did not feel that Euro games "friendly."
Euro 2008 are considered "final Continental" parties and have a weighting 3. Spain will be at the top in the next FIFA ranking.
