What are the basic rules of flag football?
Please explain! I've never played flag football before. I am captain but still don't really know how to play (as do the rest of my gym class). Basic rules.
HomeRun Hitter Jake, the teacher picks I guess depending on your leadership skills.
How'd you become captain? Everything is the same as football except that you can't tackle people instead you just try to strip their flag.
