Football By Week

Yahoo Fantasy Football - Does anyone know how Yahoo plans to determine each player's statistics (per week)?

I think the statistics are current players, the team faced, how that player did last week, expectations of the player according to their size and how well they do in certain situations (Division games, home games away from home, etc)
